To order replacement cylinders or liquid oxygen base units you will need to call the Patient Support Team between 8.30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday at least one working day before you require the delivery, remembering that deliveries can only be made Monday – Friday:

Air Liquide is not able to accept orders over the weekend, or make deliveries on the same working day. If you call after 5.00pm or over weekends to order refills you will be asked to call back the following working day. Therefore it is important that you plan ahead for weekends and Bank Holidays.
Your healthcare technician will only replace cylinders that are empty. Please ensure that all your full cylinders are stored separately from your empty ones to avoid confusion.
Additional cylinders cannot be left. If you feel you need additional cylinders you should contact your healthcare professional to discuss this with them.
